About Me

I am a 24-year-old professional living in Milan, Italy, and building a career in the toy and design industry. Since graduating from M.I.T. with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Product Design and a minor in Environment and Sustainability, I’ve gained diverse experiences that have shaped my approach to design and problem-solving.

After graduation, I began working as an Associate Project Engineer for Hasbro, contributing to the Transformers brand. This role offered me an invaluable introduction to the toy industry. In March 2023, I enrolled in a Master’s program in Design for Kids and Toys at Politecnico di Milano. The virtual start to the program enabled me to backpack across New Zealand while attending courses remotely, during which I also worked as a Math/Science tutor and afterschool engineering instructor in Los Angeles. Later, I collaborated on group projects with Hape and Dulcop, including the "Aiutante di Milo" project, which was featured at Milan Design Week 2024.

In 2024, I relocated to Milan full-time and joined Giochi Preziosi as a Design and Project Engineer. During my first six months there, I developed and documented a toy design for my Master’s Thesis Project—Crystal Ball Pump—and successfully graduated in June 2024. Post-graduation, I returned to Giochi Preziosi with expanded responsibilities, contributing to toy design, project engineering, and strategic product development.

I bring over eight years of experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and SolidWorks, as well as hands-on expertise in prototyping, machinery, and manufacturing workflows. My roles at Hasbro and Giochi Preziosi have honed my skills in toy design, product development, and cross-functional team collaboration. My passion for sustainable engineering drives my ambition to create innovative products that make a positive impact, particularly for underserved communities.

Outside of work, I value teamwork and discipline, qualities I cultivated as a linebacker on the M.I.T. football team. Balancing athletics and academics taught me exceptional time management and dedication. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and seeking out new experiences that inspire creativity and growth.
